As the Team Lead Designer in Saradar Bank, the business wanted a quick fix of their current products so I did a heuristic evaluation & uplifted the design and experience of the bank’s App & online banking based on best practices, then continued with doing usability testing on some critical journeys like Transfers, Payments, Setting a Budget, Setting a goal for a saving account and a PFM solution. This is where I captured users pain points which led me to feed the team with better insights and an opportunity to create a seamless banking experience.

I was responsible for the whole user experience across the app journeys from onboarding & opening an account, to applying for a micro loan, to getting the approval, to caching out the money, to viewing & tracking the monthly installments & paying back the loan. I was not responsible for the interface look & feel as this was outsourced by the agency. From a UX perspective, I had challenges dealing with SAMA regulations (Saudi Central Bank). However I tried to minimize the steps of onboarding as much as possible so that the user opens an account in less than 2 minutes. My other challenge was how to convey the different financial numbers in a clear simple way? so my UX approach was to have a layout hierarchy where the most important information is emphasized more than less important content, and that was done through information architecture, colors & font sizes.
This is a Product I worked on at FOO_ . After several prototypes, usability testing and the coordination with the product owner and FOO team, we concluded in having the below experience. This solution comes basically with a Travel Card product, where user gets to see transactions categorized per spending types & spending locations or what we called here Trips. The challenge was to create an all-in-one money management tool that's both visually appealing and seamlessly functional.
This product provides travelers the flexibility of adding multiple accounts in different currencies based on their need and the countries they visit frequently. It also allows the user to Top up money to his Main Account through card payment or bank transfer, and distribute it by transfers between accounts . I was responsible for the UI & UX for this solution, where the challenge was to simplify user flows to the best & smoothest experience possible.
Based on competitors' studies & benchmarking, I followed a process of card sorting the website's features. I was able to successfully redesign ZAIN Bahrain website for a UI & UX pitch.
I created an Empathy Map A4 size paper, assisting the lead designer in preparing for a UI/UX consultancy workshop at Zain KSA. The purpose of this Map is to gather data from real Zain users in order to understand their behavior/pain points and solve the problems they face while using Zain KSA online platforms.
This is a social network platform that connects brands with local micro-influencers for the purpose of social media marketing collaboration. My challenge was to redesign the Offer screen of the brand's profile section. My main work was on the UI and for a better experience I restructured the layout by prioritizing content by level of importance and highlighting the action buttons.
“The Road To The Stars” app was a business model by STC creating games for the customers, competing on their scores for a chance to go to a Real Madrid or Manchester United match. I designed the interface of 3 games & worked on illustrated characters as well.
